3 Tools and aids required

To install the Press seal HSD correctly, need the following
tools and aids in addition to the usual tools:
Tools
1 Torque wrench
1 Extension
1 Socket wrench insert SW5/SW6/SW8
Aids:
Lubricant
KRMTX cable cleaner
Vernier calliper
Cleaning cloth
To install the WRD correctly, you will need the following
tools and aids in addition to the usual tools:
1 Torque spanner
1 Extension
1 Internal hexagon socket SW3 or SW4 or SW 5 or
SW6 or
1 External hexagon socket SW6 or SW8 or SW10 or
SW13 or SW17 (see table 3)

Description: HSD250 G 1x159 b40 (see Fig.: 1).

1 Elastomer segment HSD250 G 1x159 b40 (Grade:
EPDM or NBR)
2 Press plate U-profile
3 Allen screw
4 Media line (pipe)
Description: WRD150 (see Fig.: 2).

5 Preparing for installation

1 Clean the core drilling/liner and media line.
2 Level out any chips and/or blowholes that may be
present.
3 Check the diameter (D) tolerance of the core drill
hole/wall sleeve (D +2/-1 mm) and media line (d +1/-2
mm) as well as of the outer dimensions, i.e. drill di-
mensions of the pipe seal (see Fig. 2).
