Preparing for assembly
Extract from Zement-Merkblatt (cement
data sheet) H10 (waterproof concrete):
• The free height of fall of the concrete must
not exceed 1 min order to prevent separati-
on around the entry systems and wall base
points.
• If the height of fall is exceeded, a concrete
bolster with a maximum grain size of 8 mm
and a minimum height of 30 cm may need to
be provided (height = component thickness,
but no less than 30 cm high).
• The individual fi ll layers must be limited to a
maximum of 50 cm and must be compacted
with the internal vibrator.
• The top layer of concrete in walls must be
compacted thoroughly.

* When positioning fi bre cement wall sleeves
around existing cables/pipes, make sure that
the fi bre cement wall sleeve is centred and
fi xed around the cable/pipe before setting in
concrete.
