Die CE-Kennzeichnung erlaubt den Produkten den
Zugang zum europäischen Markt, ist aber weder eine
Genehmigung, noch eine Zertifizierung, noch ein
Qualitätszeichen; die CE-Kennzeichnung ist lediglich
eine Haftungserklärung des Herstellers: sie ermöglicht
die Vermarktung in Europa, den freien Warenverkehr
sowie die Marktrücknahme richtlinienwidriger Produkte.
