JOB RECORDS SCREEN

This screen can be accessed from the F11
menu of the job record filing
screen.
It displays the list of jobs saved on file.
To make the selection, proceed as de-
scribed in the "General considerations" sec-
tion.
The following keys are active in this win-
dow:
F1 displays the on-line "Help"
function
F2
goes back to the previous
screen
F3
(or Enter) confirms the se-
lection of the vehicle and
goes to the next screen.
F5
prints the list of jobs
F7
deletes a previously en-
tered job
F11 displays the menu with
the relative functions.
These are the menu options:
• Start context (goes back to the screen
where the "Standard job record" data is
entered)
• Set-up (opens the contextual set-up on
the screen where you are)
• Help (recalls the Help contextual screen
on the screen where you are)

DATA EDIT WINDOW

The modification screens refer to:
- Vehicle makes in databank (makes en-
tered by the operator)
- Vehicle models in databank (models
entered by the operator)
- Customers on file
- Vehicles on file
- Operators on file
To make a modification, proceed as fol-
lows:
- select the field to be modified using the
"Tab" or "Shift" + "Tab" keys (if the window
contains more than one field)
- enter a new character/value over the let-
ters or numbers of the selected item
- re-enter the correct value.
To confirm the changes made and exit this
window, proceed as follows:
- press the F3 key; you will be prompted
to confirm saving of the modified data.
- press F3 to confirm.
If you do not wish to confirm saving, press
F2.
