VEHICLE RECORDS
SCREEN
This screen can be accessed from the F11
menu of the job record filing
screen.
It displays the list of vehicles saved on file.
To make the selection, proceed as de-
scribed in the "General considerations" section.
The following keys are active in this window:
F1
displays the on-line "Help"
function
F2
goes back to the previous
screen
F3 (or Enter) confirms the se-
lection of the vehicle and
goes to the next screen.
F5
prints the list of vehicles.
F6 modifies the data of a
previously entered vehi-
cle
F7 deletes a previously en-
tered vehicle
F8 enters a new customer
(see the "Enter/Modify
window") section
F11
displays the menu with
the relative functions.

These are the menu options:
Help (recalls the Help screen relative

to the current screen).
Remarks
Press F8 to enter a new vehicle; the pro-
gramme checks if it is stored in the file when
the car number is entered. If the data are
present, the programme signals it and asks
if they have to be displayed. If you answer
yes, the window is automatically filled in. If
you answer no, an empty window appears
so that the car number can be entered.
If the customer data are changed or new
data are entered for the first time, the
programme asks if you wish to access the
customer data sheet management window
for entering and saving the data.
