Recharge the measuring sensor or replace
the battery.
The measuring sensor fails to execute the
ROC procedure.
Transducer values are fluctuating too
violently.
Make sure that the vehicle is stably posi-
tioned and wait.
The image of a vehicle with one or more
crossed-out lines is displayed on the
monitor.
Check that the measuring sensor is not
turned off.
Check communications using the emer-
gency cables, to ensure that the radio
system is not malfunctioning
The measuring sensors fail to transmit
but no error message is displayed on the
monitor.
Check that "Demo" operating mode has
not been set.
Crooked steering wheels
Compensation routine performed incor-
rectly.
Perform compensation procedure again
making sure, in case of 4WS cars, that the
steering wheels are not steered.
Measuring sensors out of calibration
Perform the calibration procedure.

WARNING
The manufacturer declines all responsi-

non original spare parts or accessories.
WARNING
Unplug the machine from the socket and
make sure that all moving parts have been
locked before making any adjustments or
maintenance work.
Do not remove or modify any part of this
machine (except for assistance).
CAUTION
Keep the working area clean.
Do not clean the machine with com-
pressed air or jets of water.
When cleaning the area take steps to avoid
raising dust as far as possible.
• Put back the measuring sensors with cau-
tion and in a dry place; to avoid loss of
calibration with consequent measurement
inaccuracy.
• Perform calibration procedure at least
every six months.
• Keep the guides of the target coupling
clamps clean.
• Keep the turntables and the oscillating
footboards on which the vehicle align-
ment is performed, perfectly clean and
do not oil or grease them.
