INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this manual is to furnish
the owner and operator of this equip-
ment with practical and safe instructions
for the use and maintenance of the wheel
aligner. If these instructions are carefully
followed, the machine will give you the
efficient and long-lasting service that has
always characterised our products, thus
making your work considerably easier.
The following points define the hazard
levels regarding the equipment, associ-
ated with the warning captions in this
manual:
HAZARD
Immediate hazards that cause serious
injury or death.
WARNING
Hazards or unsafe procedures that
could cause serious injury or death.
CAUTION
Hazards or unsafe procedures that could
cause minor injury or material damage.
This manual is subject to changes and up-
dates.
Always read the personalisation and up-
date instructions enclosed with the man-
ual.
The manual is logically divided into chap-
ters so it is easy to use, and is aimed (in
particular for maintenance operations)
at trained technical personnel who, de-
pending on the specific situation, must
have a good knowledge of mechanics,
electromechanics and be able to use sys-
tems based on computerised units. The
system has in any case been designed to
simplify as far as possible all operations
relative to its normal functioning, and
to the more delicate process of trouble-
shooting: to this end, a wide array of on-
screen messages (which are described in
this manual) provide specific information
for solving various problems which may
arise.
Read these instructions carefully before
starting the equipment.

Conserve this manual and all illustrative
material supplied with the equipment in
a folder near the equipment where it is
readily accessible for consultation by the
operators.
The technical documentation supplied is
an integral part of the machine, and must
always accompany the equipment if it is
sold or transferred to a new owner.
The manual is only to be considered valid
for the machine model and serial number
indicated on the data plate.

The aligner is a measuring tool, as a re-
sult the prompts for the adjustments to
be made on the vehicle (animations or
fixed help messages) are purely indica-

guidelines provided by the manufacturer
before carrying out any work on the ve-
hicle, and carry out said adjustments in
compliance with these instructions.
The manufacturer declines all responsi-
bility for the actual implementation and
consequences of the aforementioned ad-
justments.
