• Help (recalls the Help contextual screen
on the screen where you are)
Remarks
Press F8 to enter a new vehicle; the pro-
gramme checks if the operator is stored in
the file when the relevant data are entered.
If the data are present, the programme
signals it and asks if they have to be dis-
played. If you answer yes, the window is
automatically filled in. If you answer no,
the window appears completely empty.
CUSTOMER RECORDS
SCREEN
This screen can be accessed from the
F11 menu of the job record fil-
ing screen.
It displays the list of customers saved on
file.
To make the selection, proceed as de-
scribed in the "General considerations" sec-
tion.
The following keys are active in this win-
dow:
F1
displays the on-line "Help"
function

goes back to the previous

F3 (or Enter ) confirms the se-
lection of a customer and
goes to the next screen
F5 prints the list of custom-
ers
F6 modifies the data of a
previously entered cus-
tomer
