TEXTURING MILK

We recommend the following mixtures of coffee and milk for making cappuccino or
latté macchiato:
• Cappuccino: 1/3 Espresso, 1/3 hot milk, 1/3 milk froth
• Traditionally, latté macchiato will be served in a high glass with 3 layers: Espres-
so with approx. the same volume hot milk on it and 1cm thick, rich milk froth.

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF

The »DESIGN ESPRESSO PRO« features an automatic shut-off. This function will auto-
matically switch off the appliance after approx. 25-30 minutes of being idle. The
POWER button will get dark.
You may switch on the appliance at any time by pressing the POWER button.
