2. Intended Use

The "FS20 UTS" is a universal thermostat with a separated temperature sensor (sensor with
connecting cable) which is able to control all the receiver and switching devices in the FS20
radio switching system.
It measures the temperature at the location where the sensor is installed and sends radio
signals to the FS20 devices depending of the temperature measured and in relation to the
switching criteria programmed by you.
The large operating range (up to 100m free field) also allows remote control over large ranges.
Any use other than the one described above will damage the product. Moreover, this involves
dangers such as short-circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted.
Please read this operating manual completely and carefully before first
operation; it contains important information specific to the correct use of
the device.
