Output data format
Header
These data are output as numerical data with a header.
When a header is not necessary, send the header OFF command "HOF" beforehand.
(When attaching a header, send the "HON" command.)
Numerical data : Signed 7-digit number with decimal point (leading zero-suppress)
Header (4-byte data) :
Delimiter : CR + LF
When using link connection, attach the unit No. in front of the header as follows.
Note
Comparator values are valid only when using the LZ51-K/LZ51-R. Also, comparator setting values cannot be output using the
"R" command or the

Numerical data
1st byte: R or M (Returns the command that was sent)
2nd byte: Output data information
N: Current value, B: Absolute value, P: Peak-to-peak value, I: Minimum value,
A: Maximum value
1: Comparator setting value 1 and positioning data
2: Comparator setting value 2
3: Comparator setting value 3
4: Comparator setting value 4
3rd byte: Units and supplementary information
M : Millimeters
I : Inch
1 to G: Comparator and positioning data set number
4th byte: Space
1 = Data 2 = Data
key. These values can only be output with the "M" command.
