i) Activation Duration for Outputs #1 and #2

In the basic setting, output #1 or #2 is activated for the duration of 5 seconds when (depending
on programming), e.g., a valid transponder, user code or visitor code is used.
Pre-programming of 5 seconds may be used, e.g., for a door opener.
If desired, the duration can be set in the range from 1 - 99999 seconds (max. approx. 27 hours)
and a timer can thus be implemented.
Toggle mode is possible as well. This means that you can permanently activate or deactivate the
assigned output with a transponder, for example. The purpose of this operating mode would be
controlling (arming/disarming) an alarm system.
The output remains activated in toggle mode (right LED (2) is lit) until you deactivate
it again. Every valid user code (and/or transponder) switches the condition of the
respective output.
It is recommended to only use the toggle mode when an alarm system or a "Fail-Safe"
door opener is operated at the code lock.
A "Fail-Safe" door opener releases the closure latch when the operating voltage is
missing (rare build, e.g. used for escape route doors since the door can be opened at
power outage).
If a conventional "Fail-Secure" door opener is operated at the code lock (it will release
the locking latch only when its operating voltage is pending), this permanent operation
may be overloaded.
Proceed as follows to set the activation duration or operating mode:
• The code lock must be in programming mode; see chapter 11. b).
