The code lock only emits some warning sounds
• Check if you have switched off the signal sounds function; switch them on again (chapter
11. n).
The user code does not work
• If there is programming (e.g. user codes) and you switch the access mode (see chapter 11.
m), there will be various function problems.
Therefore, delete all present programming before or after switching the access mode, see
chapter 11. c).
Then repeat programming.
Why is this necessary?
In manual access mode (the crosshatch button
user code so that the code lock will check the code), codes may have 4 to 8 digits;
different code lengths are permitted.
In automatic access mode (or "Auto-Entry" function), in contrast, all codes must have
the same length, e.g. 5 digits.
When the number of entered digits (e.g. 5 digits) is reached, the code lock will check
the code. If the user code is correct, the code lock will activate the respective output.
If, e.g., a master code with 6 digits and user codes with 4, 5 or 6 digits have been
programmed in manual access mode, after switching to automatic access mode the
code lock will wait, e.g., for the 5th or 6th digit - even through you have programmed
a 4-digit user code.
• In automatic access mode ("Auto-Entry" function, see chapter 11. m), the user code must have
the same length as the master code (e.g. 5 digits).
Only after the last digit is entered will the code lock check the user code (and activate the
respective output if the user code is valid).
All other codes (e.g. secondary code) also must have the same number of digits as the master
code.
Undefinable function problems
• Delete all present programming, see chapter 11. c), and repeat programming.
• Write down all programming so that you can reverse it if necessary.
• Check the wiring of the code lock.
