Adding functions
In the basic Control Unit (StecaGrid Control N/D/D1), the
display is located on the control unit itself. The display shows
power yield since installation and system messages. Upgrade
of the StecaGrid Control is possible with the StecaGrid Remo-
te wireless remote display. Information is passed via a cord-
less connection from the control unit to the remote display
(StecaGrid Remote). The remote display provides both the
information shown on the control unit and extra information
such as current power and the yield per day, week, month or
year. See Chapter 5 'StecaGrid Remote (Remote Display)'.

Installation of the StecaGrid Control

See also Chapter 3.3., 'Installation of the inverters'. The Ste-
caGrid Control N or StecaGrid Control D resp. D1 control unit
is installed to the right of the inverters on the DIN rail.
If the inverters are already operational, remove the mains
connection cable and the earth leakage circuit breaker, if
fitted!

If necessary, follow steps 1 to 5 to install the inverters.


Plug the 30 V AC and data connectors into the right

hand side of the inverter on the far right.

Position the StecaGrid Control on the right hand end of

the rails and slide it up against the inverter battery.

Plug the mains lead into the wall socket.

NOTE
When using the StecaGrid Control control unit, a separate
mains lead is not required.

Commissioning

Turn the main switch to 'ON'.

The indicator light on the control unit will light up

after approx. 5 seconds.
When light intensity is sufficient, the inverters will

be activated in the next 20 seconds: this is indicated
when the LEDs on the inverters are permanently lit.
The control unit display will then run through the

following sequence:
