Description
Welding process / operating mode button
Left-hand dial: for selecting the welding process (Process)
Right-hand dial: for selecting the operating mode (Trigger Mode)
Welding characteristic‑property / process function button
Left-hand dial: for selecting the welding characteristic property (Charac-
teristic) for MIG/MAG welding
Right-hand dial: for selecting the process function (Functions) for
MIG/MAG welding
Wire-threading button
For threading the wire electrode (Wire Inching) into the torch hosepack
without gas or current.
Gas-test button
For setting the required quantity of gas on the gas pressure regulator.
After pressing the Gas-test button (Gas Flushing), gas flows for 30 s.
Pressing the button again ends the process early.
Left-hand display section
The left-hand display section shows parameters and functions that are set
using the left-hand dial. The parameters displayed vary according to the
set welding process.

For selecting and setting parameters in the left-hand display section.
