PURPOSE
The detail sander is designed for light to medium duty detail sanding
tasks on wood, plastic, painted surfaces and other surface coatings.
The tool is particularly useful for one-handed operation and access to
corners and edges that would otherwise be difficult to reach and
require hand sanding. Profiles and grooves can be finished with the
tip or edge of the selected attachment.

Sandpaper, for each working foot (different gradation- 3 pcs.
GEARING UP
SELECTION OF SANDPAPER
Coarser-grained sandpaper is suitable for roughing most materials,
while finer-grained paper is used for finishing work.
• When the surface is not level, start work with coarse-grained paper
and continue until the surface is even.
• Then use medium-grained paper to remove the traces left behind
by processing with coarse-grained paper.
• Finally, use fine-grained paper for finishing operations.
APPLICATION OF SANDPAPER
The grinder has a work foot with a so-called "Velcro", which allows for
easy and quick replacement of sandpaper.
• Remove any dirt or foreign matter from the pad.
• Bring the sandpaper closer to the work foot (3) so that its holes
coincide with those of the sander's work foot and press down to
ensure effective dust removal.
• To remove the sandpaper, tilt it on one side and then pull.
Use perforated sandpaper so that the dust can reach the dust
collection system through the holes in the working foot. Before
changing the sandpaper each time, clean the working foot by
removing dust and any debris from it with a brush or brush, for
example.
The sandpaper must fit tightly on the foot of the sander. There
must not be any slack. If the paper pulls out during sanding, the
looseness must be removed, which will significantly extend the
life of the sandpaper strip that has been inserted.
DUST REMOVAL
The orbital sander in its equipment has an attached bag for collecting
dust, in order to keep the work surface clean.
• Slide the dust bag attachment (5) into the dust discharge port (10)
and secure it
Check the firm seating of the dust bag on the dust discharge
port.

Switching on - switch the switch button to pos I (2).
Switching off - switch the switch button to pos O .(2)
WORKING WITH AN ORBITAL SANDER
• During operation, the entire grinding surface of the work foot must
rest on the work surface.
• Exert moderate pressure on the grinder, move it over the
workpiece material in a rotating motion, either transversely or
longitudinally.
• For coarse work, use sandpaper with coarser grit, and for finishing
work, use fine grit. The type of sandpaper is best selected by trial.
• When finishing polishing, reduce the pressure on the grinder and
lift it above the surface to be worked on and only then turn it off.
OPERATION MAINTENANCE
Remove the battery before performing any installation,
adjustment, repair or service.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• It is recommended to clean the device immediately after each use.
• Do not use water or other liquids for cleaning.
• Clean the device with a brush or blow with low-pressure
compressed air. Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents, as
they may damage plastic parts.
• Regularly clean the ventilation slots in the motor housing to prevent
the unit from overheating.
• If there is excessive sparking on the commutator, have the
condition of the motor's carbon brushes checked by a qualified
person.
• Always store the device in a dry place out of the reach of children.
EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT OF THE WORKING RATE
For sanding in very tight areas, such as louvered panels, remove the
front half of the Velcro pad and attach the appropriate attachment.
Attach the appropriate sandpaper to the sanding attachment.
• Remove the mounting screws (8) of the work foot (3)
• Remove and replace the foot.
• Tighten the mounting screws.
A damaged working foot must be replaced immediately.

NOISE AND VIBRATION DATA
Sound pressure level

Value of vibration accelerations
Information on noise and vibration
The noise level emitted by the device is described by: emitted
sound pressure level Lp
denotes measurement uncertainty). The vibration emitted by the
device is described by the value of vibration accelerations a
K denotes measurement uncertainty).
The sound pressure emission level Lp
and the vibration acceleration value a
been measured in accordance with IEC 62841-1. The vibration
level a
given can be used to compare equipment and to make a
h
preliminary assessment of vibration exposure.
The specified vibration level is representative only of the basic
applications of the device. If the device is used for other
applications or with other work tools, the vibration level may
change. Higher vibration levels will be influenced by insufficient or
too infrequent maintenance of the device. The reasons given above
may result in increased vibration exposure throughout the operating
period.
In order to accurately estimate vibration exposure, it is
necessary to take into account periods when the device is
turned off or when it is turned on but not used for work. When
all factors are accurately estimated, the total vibration
exposure may be much lower.
