Fault
Construction/drive not running
Different sized gaps between vari-
ous adjoining profiles
Different sized gaps between sheet
metal parts
Pimple/cellulite effect, small bumps
on the edges and powder-coated
parts
Minor, slightly visible scratches on
powder-coated parts
Creaking sounds once or recurring
at regular or irregular intervals
Drops of water on frame profiles
Overflowing guttering on the
inside of the frame profile
Offset of staves in multi-section
units
Caution!
In the event of damage or malfunctions, do not use any systems in need of repair
and contact a specialist company!
Have maintenance and troubleshooting carried out by a specialist company only!
Unprofessional troubleshooting of malfunction can impair the system's function
and safety and lead to warranty claims being voided!

Cause
No power
Remote control not working (defective)
Motor is too hot and has been shut down
by the thermo protector
Dead batteries in remote control
– Normal assembly and installation toleran-
ces (gaps up to 1 mm possible)
– Normal assembly and installation toleran-
ces for bent or welded sheet metal parts
(gaps up to 2 mm possible)
– Normal assembly tolerances or accumulati-
ons of material may appear while powder
coating the parts
– Minor scratches may occur despite the
greatest care during powder coating and
assembly.
– Creaking sounds occur when different
materials assembled next to each other
expand differently during changes in
temperature.
– Strong breeze
– Design-related condensation (humid in-
door air settles on cold surfaces in the form
of small drops)
– Rainwater volume is too high.
– Blocked water drain
– Manufacturing tolerances in the fabric
could lead to staves in multi-section units
being minimally staggered in reverse.
– Different effects of solar radiation can lead
to staggering of the staves as the fabrics
can expand due to exposure to the sun.
Remedy
• Connect to the mains (authorised personnel only)
• Replace the remote control (retailer and partner)
• Wait approx. 15 to 20 minutes until the drive has cooled down!
• Replace the battery!
• Not necessary (the joints are designed to hold the defined loads)!
• Not necessary, as not relevant to function!
• Realign parts if necessary or also fix with permanently elastic
adhesives, adhesive tapes, screws (fitter/retailer and partner)!
• Cannot be remedied!
• With the enclosed touch-up pen!
• Cannot be remedied as expansion is unavoidable!
• Condensation is a physical phenomenon.
• Clean the drains!
• Cannot be remedied!
