15.3 Making a guarantee claim

The guarantee must be claimed at a service partner
authorised by Truma or at the Truma Service Centre.

found at www.truma.com, in the "Service" section.
To ensure a smooth procedure, we would be grateful
if you could have the following details ready before
contacting us:
Detailed description of the defect

Serial number of the device
•
Date of purchase
•
The service partner authorised by Truma or the
Truma Service Centre will determine the further
procedure in each case. To avoid possible transport
damage, the affected device may only be shipped after
prior consultation with the service partner authorised by
Truma or the Truma Service Centre. We ask you not to
send in an device without prior arrangement.
If the guarantee case is recognised by the
manufacturer, then the transport expenses shall be
borne by the same. If no guarantee case is applicable,
the consumer will be notified accordingly and any repair
and transport expenses shall then be the consumer's
liability.
