Malfunctions
Measures to rectify malfunctions are listed below.
If these actions do not produce the desired result,
contact Truma Service.
11.1 Unstable supply voltage
If the air conditioning system is started on a stable
power supply, the compressor switches on after
3 minutes.
If the power supply is not sufficiently stable (unstable
voltage / frequency), the device switches off during
operation.
Check the following possible sources of error:
Check the mains power source.
Check whether the power inverter/generator is one
that fulfils the parameters recommended in the
operating instructions.
If other appliances are already connected to the
mains (e.g. microwave), switch them off and try
again.
Check the mains power cable; keep it as short as
possible.
When operating with a power inverter, check the
charge status of the battery.
Once a stable power supply has been restored, the
device restarts automatically without having to be
switched on manually.
