Maintenance
Routine maintenance of EnDrive consists of
lubricating the contra-angle.
Lubricate the contra-angle after each steriliza-
tion cycle with Sirona T1 Spray lubricant as
shown:
Spray for about 2 seconds and wipe off oil resi-
due. Rotate the motor a few seconds after lubri-
cation.
Take care that there is no oil residue in the inter-
face part with the motor. Perform the calibration
of the contra-angle handpiece after lubrication,
and not during patient treatment. The calibration
process rotates the motor throughout the speed
range, so make sure the file is not mounted on
the contra-angle during calibration.
Do not lubricate the motor directly as this will
damage the internal gears!
