4.8 Battery charging and good practice
The main unit of EnDrive is powered by a battery
pack made of 10 Nickel Metal hydride cells in
series with nominal 12 V voltage.
To recharge the main unit, connect the supplied
battery charger to the rear connector. Connect
the charger to the mains, making sure it con-
forms to the 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz range.
The EnDrive handpiece is powered by a Li-Ion
cell with a nominal voltage of 3,6 V.

To recharge the handpiece, connect it to the
main unit via the supplied handpiece cable. The
handpiece is recharged only when the motor is
not running.
The battery status of both the main unit and the
handpiece are indicated on the operation screen.
