Troubleshooting

Gas
In the event of faults, first check the
basic requirements for normal
operation:
· Is there any current?
· Is there any gas pressure? Do the
valves open?
· Are all control devices set correctly?

· Are the control panel switches set
correctly?
If the fault persists, check the
programme position on the control and
safety unit.
Do not repair safety components, they
must be replaced with identical
components. Use only original spare
parts.

Important: After each intervention
· Check the exhaust gas values.
· Enter the measurement values in
the appropriate records.
Corrective action
Adjust the gas connection pressure
Clean the gas filter
Check, adjust or replace the gas pressure
switch
Replace air pressure switch
Check gas valves for leaks
Add reventilation to programme
Replace air pressure switch
Unlock, reset or replace protection devices
Replace switch
Check the wiring
Replace the motor
Reset or replace air pressure switch
Clean flame monitor
Replace control and safety unit
Set or replace electrodes
Replace ignition cable
Replace ignition transformer
Replace control and safety unit
Check wiring between control and safety
unit, servomotor and ratio regulator
Replace solenoid(s)
Replace valve or regulator
Set flame head correctly
Set air flap and gas flow correctly
Set or replace servomotor
Free air flap
Inspect or replace coupling
Replace control and safety unit
Reset or replace gas pressure switch.
