Function description
Control thermostat requests heat.
–
Control programme of control unit is
–
activated if the air pressure switch is
in the OFF position, the contact of
gas pressure switch indicates
sufficient gas pressure and the air
flap is in the CLOSED position (cam
II).
Burner motor starts up.
–
Air flap opens to high load setting
–
(cam I).
Preventilation time approx. 30 sec.
–
During initial circulation time
Blower pressure is monitored.
–
The furnace is monitored for flame
–
signals.
Gas fuel selected
At end of initial circulation time:
air flap is moved to gas ignition
–
position (cam III)
ignition is closed
–
main and safety valve are opened
–
burner starts up
–
control system release at end of
–
safety time
air flap is opened to "low load (gas)"
–
(cam V)
control operation starts
–
Oil fuel selected
At end of initial circulation time:
air flap is moved to oil ignition
–
position (cam IV)
ignition is closed
–
magnetic valve Y1 Stage 1 is
–
opened
burner starts up (Stage 1)
–
after control system release, air flap
–
is opened to "low load (fuel-oil)"
(cam VI)
Changing over to high load fuel oil
When power stage 2 is requested:
air flap is moved to high load
–
position (cam I)
at cam VII position, magnetic valve
–
Y2 is opened and burner burns at
pressure stage 1 on two nozzles
(intermediate stage)
at cam VIII position, magnetic valve
–
Y5 is closed and burner burns at
pressure stage 2 on two nozzles
(high load)
