rope (104) to the cable drum, pull the wire rope (104)
through the groove of the cable drum while maintain-
ing the tension of the wire rope (104).

strangulating limbs
If manual cable and door drive are both
installed in the system, there is a risk of
limbs getting caught and strangulated
by the manual cable when moving the
door.

, page A27. Mount the cable holder (91) for
the manual cable (96) on the bottom section (44) us-
ing the screws (S10). In doing so, observe the per-
missible torque of 10 Nm.

Feed the manual cable (96) through the re-
spective hole in the cable holder (91) and secure it
with a knot.

Suspend the manual cable (96) on the con-
necting plate (18), also by tying a knot.
4.8.2 Mounting the rail clamps
Manually open the door and mark the end position of
the uppermost track roller (90L/90R or 105L/105R).
Fig.
a
, page A28. Close the door and mount the rail
clamps (89) with the screws (S14) on the marked po-
sition.
Fig.

Note that the distances from the end of the
rails to the rearmost end of the clamp must be
identical on both sides.
4.8.3 Mounting the bolt plate
Close
the
plate (93L/93R) onto the locking bolt (79) on the right
and left side and mark the positions.
Fig.
a
, page A28. Using the screws (S17), open the
door and screw the bolt plate (93L/93R) into both re-
spective rectangular holes (rear row of holes) of the
angle frame (1L/1R).
Check the locking by opening and closing the door
several times. For closing, the locking bolt (79) al-
ways

Additionally mount a securing bracket (94) to
the bolt plate (93L/93R) and the angle frame (1L/1R)
by means of the screws (S6 + S12).
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
