Possible Cause/Solution
- Connect power supply to charge batteries.
- Check to see if the power supply is plugged into the controller and
the wall outlet.
- The nebuliser handset was not being held level. Hold the nebuliser
handset level and press the ON/OFF button again to resume
treatment.
- The treatment session has been completed successfully.

- The aerosol head may be dirty, clean the aerosol head.
- If the condition persists, contact the your service partner.
- The handset is not assembled properly. Confirm the aerosol head
is placed correctly in the nebuliser handset and that the blue inspir-
atory valve is placed correctly in the nebuliser handset with both
flaps pointing into the nebuliser handset chamber.
- It is normal to have some liquid condense in the aerosol chamber
and mouthpiece. The amount depends on the volume of the
medicine and on your breathing pattern.
- If the condition persists, contact your service partner.
- The aerosol head was not cleaned immediately after it was used,
clean the aerosol head.
- In addition, clean the membrane of the aerosol head using the
easycare cleaning aid, if available in your country/sales region.
- The aerosol head was used longer or more often than planned.
For best performance, replace the aerosol head regularly.
- If the condition persists, contact your service partner.
- There is too much negative pressure in the medication reservoir
after inhalation treatment. Open the aerosol chamber and gently
pull the aerosol head so that air is able to flow in. The medication
cap can now be removed easily.
