H Assembling Your Nebuliser System

WARNING
Your nebuliser handset must be cleaned before first use. Follow the instructions provided in chapter E.
Note: Inhaling too cold aerosol can irritate the airways. Take the medication out of the refrigerator before you
assemble your nebuliser system.
Step H1 Wash your hands with soap and water.
Dry them well.
Step H2 Insert the aerosol head.
CAUTION
Do not touch the silver center part of the aerosol
head. Touching it may damage the membrane
that generates the aerosol.
Turn the aerosol head so that the writing e.g.
®
"eFlow rapidʺ is at the top of the aerosol head.
Make sure to insert the accordingly labeled aerosol
head into the respective nebuliser handset.
Using two fingers, carefully grasp the aerosol head
by the two flexible plastic tabs (a) on each side of
the aerosol head.
Squeeze the two flexible plastic tabs together while
inserting the two metal prongs and the two flexible
plastic tabs into the medication reservoir (b). You
should feel the flexible plastic tabs ʺgrabʺ as you
insert the aerosol head.
