Seite 10 PEP-Therapie Bei der PEP-Therapie wird bei der Ausatmung durch die verschiedenen Lochgrößen am PARI PEP S System der Ausatemwiderstand erhöht (je kleiner das Loch, desto größer der Widerstand). Durch den erhöhten Ausatemwiderstand werden die Atemwege stabilisiert und die Schleimlösung angeregt. Die Lochgröße muss für jeden Patienten individuell von medizinischem Fachpersonal stimmt werden.
