NOTE: Reset is only possible when the monitor is in the RUN mode (display of the
actual value). If "overspeed/underspeed" remains after the reset, the latched output
function becomes active again.
Explanations on the switching characteristics of the outputs with regard to the
latched output function are given in the function diagrams on the switching func-
tions, from page 29 onwards.
SO1 applies to output 1, SO2 to output 2.
• Range of values: 0, 1, 2: 0 = latched output function not active
Please consider: When the function start-up delay (ST) is activated, the set start-up
delay starts after the external reset.
• Presetting in the factory: 0 (latched output function is not active).
FWx (only for FD-1 N)
Function Wire Monitoring for Out x:
Influences the switching behaviour of the corresponding output in case of a fault
(input frequency = 0):
• Range of values: 0,1;
• Presetting in the factory: 0.
Wire monitoring at output 1 (direction monitoring)
In case of a wire failure and active function (FW1 = 1) the relay which energises
when the actual direction corresponds to the preset direction de-energises immedi-
ately and remains de-energised.
When the function is not active (FW1 = 0) the wire failure is not detected before the
following damping cycle.
Wire monitoring at output 2 (rotational speed, frequency, speed)
