RECORDING
Preparation
1. Insert the cassette into deck 2 with the side to be recorded facing forward. (Refer to page
34 for how to insert the cassette.)
2. Set the DOLBY NR switch.
ON: for recording with Dolby NR
OFF: for recording without Dolby NR
3. Select the reverse mode by the CBRS/STSD/EDIT/reverse mode/CONT PLAY selector
switch.
=— : for recording on the front or reverse side only
C2): for recording on both sides
CBRS/STSD/EDIT:
for recording on both sides from a CD using the CBRS
4. Press the STOP/DIRECTION button to select the tape direction.
FWD (2): for recording from the front side
REV []: for recording the reverse side only
How to record
Recording from the radio or from records
3. Play the source to be recorded.
To stop recording
Press the STOP/DIRECTION button.
To pause recording
Press the PAUSE button.
To resume recording, press the PAUSE button one more time.
