6.8 FIRE card controls and output
The FIRE card is a component of the WELF automation. If the fire/smoke alarm is activated or if the power supply is off, the fire
door must close completely and remain closed until the intended manual RESET.
The closing force is provided by the WELF automation spring and the speed of the closure is regulated by means of the BRAKE
card.

L Output for the powering of one or two WELF automation. If smoke/fire is detected the FIRE card cuts

of the power to the WELF automation, causing the spring closing of the door.

NC Alarm contact output. If smoke/fire is detected, the alarm contact output (10 A - 250 V~ max) must be used

to activate the light/or and sound signals.
ALARM
0 Fire/smoke detector. Connect one or more fire/smoke detectors with 24 V= (200 mA max) power supply.

Attention: make the electrical connections as indicated in the instructions enclosed with the fire/smoke
detector.
SENSOR
Manual closure release. Always causes the door to close. A button that can be accessed and that is clearly
identified must be installed near the door
RELEASE
Alarm input. If connected to a fire prevention system, it is activated in the case of fire/smoke detection to
cause the door to close.
AL-IN
Manual reset. Press the manual reset contact to restore the normal WELF automation functioning, after
a power outage or after the activation of the fire alarm by means of: the fire/smoke detector, the manual
closure release, the alarm input.

POWER ALARM Power supply on 24 V=.
SA Safety 41-6 or 41-8 is open.

Description
