Fasten the protective case for the delivery tube to the
vehicle, including the nib, using the dispenser plate (part 14)
and the tube clip for the dispenser plate (part 15) so that
the nib points to the sprocket between 5 and 7 o'clock. The
slash cut of the nib should face outwards. The nib can be
shortened to the required length with a sharp knife and then
shaped once in position by applying heat.
Alternatively, fasten the protective case to the wheel axle
(part 14 and 15), including the nib, using the dispenser plate
and tube clip. See section 7.8 for further fastening options
for the dispenser plate.
The dispenser plate (part 14) can be bent, cut and
drilled.
7.4 | Delivery tube (part 13)
Route the delivery tube from the nib to the RMV. Cut the
tube to the right length. Make allowance for the travel of the
suspension. Fasten the delivery tube securely with the cable
ties (part 12) and the self-adhesive fixing pads (part 9). The
surfaces must be cleaned with the degreasing cloth (part
19) before attaching the self-adhesive fixing pads (part 9).

Risk of fire!
Avoid routing on moving parts and hot
parts of the exhaust and engine.

fill the RMV of the Scottoiler
using the filling spout (part
18) or straight from the refill
bottle (part 16) using the tip
(part 17).
