Activating the safety shut-off/door sensor
1. Open the technician menu (see 26)
► "SdO" will appear in the top display
► "SAFE" (= default setting) will appear in the bottom display
2. Use the temperature selector
● " SAF" means the safety shut-off is activated (standard)
● "dor" means DOOR – the door sensor is activated
Saving settings and exiting the technician menu
Press the temperature selector
Querying the software version
1. Press the ON/OFF switch
2. Press and hold the preset time button
for 5 seconds
► The software version "5.00.5" will appear in the top display
