CHANGING SKT-4 IR COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
If you encounter a problem establishing connection between the TTIR control panel and SKT 4
you may need to assign a new IR transmission channel in your SKT 4.
To change the IR channel in SKT 4 do as follows:
1. Make sure SKT 4 controller is connected to mains and the device is on. If the device is
switched off please switch it on by pressing ON/OFF button. Leaving the device ON dis-
connect its mains power supply.
2. Connect SKT 4 to the mains again while pressing TIMER BUTTON and key simultaneous-
ly. Hold keys for approximately 5 seconds. This will enable SKT 4 channel changing mode.
SKT 4 should now display currently selected channel (i.e channel A0) alternately showing
"A" and "0".
3. By means of the
- use channels 0 ... 3 to communicate with DTIR remote controller,
- use channel no 5 to communicate with a TTIR controller.
4. Wait a few seconds — SKT 4 will return to its default display — new IR communication
channel is now stored in SKT 4 memory.
