Verantwortlichkeit
Als Lieferant dieses Instruments betrachtet sich
KARL STORZ für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit
und Leistung des Instruments nur dann als
verantwortlich, wenn Montage, Erweiterung,
Neueinstellungen, Änderungen oder Reparaturen
durch von KARL STORZ autorisierte Personen
durchgeführt werden und das Instrument in
Übereinstimmung mit der Gebrauchsanweisung
verwendet wird.

Garantie
Die Garantiegewährleistungen können Sie
den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von
KARL STORZ entnehmen.
Das Medizinprodukt ist immer an die für
Sie zuständige Niederlassung (siehe Kapitel
„Niederlassungen"), auch während der Garantiezeit,
einzusenden.
Eigenmächtiges Öffnen, Reparaturen und
Änderungen am Gerät durch nicht autorisierte
Personen entbinden uns von jeglicher Haftung
für die Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes. Während
der Garantiezeit erlischt dadurch jegliche
Gewährleistung.

Nach Medical Device Directive (MDD):

Medizinprodukt der Klasse II a
8402 ZX: Medizinprodukt der Klasse I
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist nach der Medical Device
Directive (MDD) 93/42/EEC mit CE Kennzeichen
versehen. Ist dem CE-Kennzeichen eine Kenn-
Nummer nachgestellt, weist diese die zuständige
benannte Stelle aus.
Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Zulassungs-
voraussetzungen sind die aufgeführten Produkte
möglicherweise nicht in jedem Land verfügbar.

Limitation of liability
KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG shall be liable for failure
or deterioration in the safe operation, operational
reliability, and performance of this equipment
only subject to the conditions that all assembly,
system expansions, readjustments, modifications,
or repairs to same have been performed by
KARL STORZ, and that the instrument has been
used in accordance with its operating instructions
at all times.

Warranty
The guarantees provided can be found in the
Standard Conditions of Business of KARL STORZ.
The medical device must always be sent to your
local subsidiary (see 'Subsidiaries' section), even
during the warranty period.
Opening the equipment or performance of any
repairs or modifications to the equipment by
unauthorized persons shall relieve us of any liability
for its performance. Any such opening, repair, or
modification performed during the warranty period
shall void all warranty.

This medical product bears the CE mark in
accordance with the Medical Device Directive
(MDD) 93/42/EEC. A code number after the
CE mark indicates the responsible notified body.
The products listed here may not yet be available
in all countries due to differences in approval
requirements.

Odpovědnost
Jako dodavatel tohoto nástroje se společnost
KARL STORZ cítí být odpovědná za bezpečnost,
spolehlivost a výkon nástroje pouze za
předpokladu, že montáž, rozšíření, novou instalaci,
změny nebo opravy provádějí osoby autorizované
společností KARL STORZ a že je nástroj používán
v souladu s návodem k použití.

Záruka
Poskytované záruky jsou uvedeny ve Všeobecných
obchodních podmínkách společnosti
KARL STORZ.
Zdravotnický prostředek musí být i během záruční
doby vždy zaslán na vaši příslušnou pobočku (viz
kapitola „Pobočky").
Svévolné otevírání, opravy a změny přístroje
neautorizovanými osobami nás zbavují veškerého
ručení za provozní bezpečnost přístroje. Během
záruční doby tím zaniká veškerá poskytovaná
záruka.

Shoda se směrnicemi
Podle směrnice o zdravotnických prostředcích
(MDD):
11272 V/VU/VK/VUK:
zdravotnický prostředek třídy II a
8402 ZX: zdravotnický prostředek třídy I
Tento zdravotnický prostředek je dle směrnice
o zdravotnických prostředcích 93/42/EHS opatřen
označením CE. Pokud je značkou CE uvedeno
identifikační číslo, odkazuje toto číslo na příslušný
oznámený subjekt.
Z důvodu různých podmínek schvalování je možné,
že uvedené výrobky nejsou dostupné v každé zemi.
