Anschließend kann mit der Reinigung begonnen
werden.
Sollte Druckverlust auftreten, so ist
das Endoskop undicht und darf nicht
weiterverwendet, in Flüssigkeit eingelegt bzw.
maschinell aufbereitet werden.

VORSICHT: In diesem Fall den
Reparaturbegleitschein ausfüllen und das
mittels Wischverfahren gereinigte, von
organischen Verunreinigungen/ Resten
befreite Endoskop als nicht desinfiziert
gekennzeichnetes Instrument zur Reparatur
in die Serviceabteilung senden bzw.
mit KARL STORZ Kontakt aufnehmen.
Den Transportkoffer dafür mit der
Transportschutzfolie 13990 SFN auslegen.
6.6
Manuelle Aufbereitung
6.6.1
Manuelle Reinigung
Das Endoskop muss vollständig in eine
Reinigungslösung eingetaucht werden. Der
Absaug- und der Arbeitskanal müssen durch
gezieltes Befüllen blasenfrei benetzt werden. Zum
Ende der Einwirkzeit, nach Herstellerangaben,
erfolgt die mechanische Reinigung mit Hilfe einer
passenden Bürste. Dabei werden die Kanäle
solange gebürstet, bis der Bürstenkopf austritt
und optisch sauber ist. Den am distalen Ende
austretenden Bürstenkopf vor dem Zurückziehen
reinigen. Nicht im Kanal hin und her bürsten.
Eine abschließende Spülung mit kaltem Wasser zur
Neutralisation ist erforderlich.

VORSICHT: Niemals Schmutzteilchen
mit einer Nadel oder einem scharfen
Gegenstand vom Gerät entfernen, da dies
schwerwiegende Schäden zur Folge haben
kann.

VORSICHT: Die Druckausgleichskappe
darf nicht auf den Entlüftungsstutzen
montiert sein bei der Reinigung und
Desinfektion.

Lumen empfiehlt KARL STORZ die Adapter
11301 CD1 und 11014 RA zu verwenden.
Reprocessing

6.6
Manual reprocessing
6.6.1
Manual cleaning
The endoscope must be completely immersed in a
cleaning solution. The suction and working channel
must be covered with no air bubbles by filling in
a targeted manner. After the necessary exposure
time as specified by the manufacturer, clean the
instrument mechanically with the aid of a suitable
brush. The channels are brushed until the brush
head emerges and is visibly clean. Before retracting
the brush head that emerges at the distal end,
clean it. Never brush back and forth within the
channel.
Finally, it must be rinsed with cold water to ensure
neutralization.

CAUTION: Never remove dirt with a needle
or other sharp objects, since these can
cause severe damage.

Regenerace
Poté lze zahájit čištění.
Pokud dojde k poklesu tlaku, je endoskop
netěsný a nelze jej dát používat, vkládat do
kapaliny ani strojově regenerovat.

POZOR: V tomto případě vyplňte průvodní
list k opravě a endoskop, otřený, zbavený
organických nečistot/zbytků a označený
jako nedezinfikovaný, zašlete k opravě
do servisního oddělení nebo kontaktujte
společnost KARL STORZ. Přepravní kufr
vyložte pro tyto účely ochrannou přepravní
fólií 13990 SFN.
6.6
Ruční příprava
6.6.1
Ruční čištění
Endoskop musí být zcela ponořen do čisticího
roztoku. Odsávací a pracovní kanál musí být
cíleným vyplněním smočeny tak, aby na nich
neulpívaly bublinky. Po uplynutí doby působení
podle pokynů výrobce následuje mechanické
vyčištění vhodným kartáčem. Při něm jsou kanály
kartáčovány tak dlouho, než hlavice kartáče
nevystoupí na opačném konci opticky čistá.
Hlavici kartáče vystoupivší na distálním konci
před vytažením zpět vyčistěte. Kanál nekartáčujte
pohybem dopředu a zpět.
Na závěr musí být kanál vypláchnutý studenou
vodou pro neutralizaci.

POZOR: Částečky nečistot nikdy
neodstraňujte z přístroje pomocí jehly nebo
jiného ostrého předmětu, protože to může
mít za následek jeho vážné poškození.

POZOR: Během čistění a dezinfekce nesmí
být na odvzdušňovacím hrdle namontována
krytka pro vyrovnání tlaku.
