Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig durch,
und beachten Sie die Anweisungen genau.
Die Bezeichnungen Warnung, Vorsicht und
Hinweis haben spezielle Bedeutungen. Wo immer
sie in der Anleitung verwendet werden, sollte der
nachfolgende Text genau gelesen werden, um eine
sichere und effiziente Anwen dung des Instru mentes
zu gewährleisten. Zur deutlicheren Hervor hebung
wird den Bezeich nungen Warnung, Vorsicht und
Hinweis zusätzlich ein Piktogramm vorangestellt.

WARNUNG: Warnung macht auf eine
Gefährdung des Patienten oder des Arztes
aufmerksam. Die Nichtbeachtung einer
Warnung kann Verletzungen des Patienten
oder des Arztes zur Folge haben.

VORSICHT: Vorsicht macht darauf
aufmerksam, dass bestimmte Wartungs-
oder Sicherheits maßnahmen zu treffen
sind, um eine Beschädi gung des
Instrumentes zu vermeiden.

4.1
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Der Einsatz des flexiblen CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskops muss in Übereinstimmung mit
den für endoskopische Verfahren anerkannten
medizinischen Regeln und Verfahrens weisen der
Endoskopie erfolgen.
HINWEIS: Bei der Verwendung von CF-Anwen-
dungs teilen (Anwendung am Herzen) in
Kombination mit weiteren BF-Anwendungsteilen
können die Patientenableitstromgrenzwerte des
CF-Anwendungsteils überschritten werden. In
diesem Fall sollten zur Reduktion des Patienten-
ableitstroms möglichst nur CF-An wendungsteile
verwendet werden.
HINWEIS: Das flexible Endoskop bietet keine
elektrische Isolierung gegen Hochfrequenz (HF)-
Span nungen. Der Schutz gegen HF-Spannung
ist über das verwendete HF-Instrumentarium
zu gewährleisten. Bitte hierzu die Gebrauchs-
informationen des HF-Anwendungsteils beachten.

instructions exactly. The words Warning, Caution,
and Note convey special meanings. Wherever
they are used in this manual, they should be
carefully reviewed to ensure the safe and effective
operation of this product. To further emphasize
the words Warning, Caution and Note, they are
preceded by a pictogram.

WARNING: A Warning indicates that the
personal safety of the patient or physician
may be involved. Disregarding a Warning
could result in injury to the patient or
physician.

CAUTION: A Caution indicates that
particular service procedures or safety
precautions must be followed to avoid any
damage to the product.

about operating the product, or clarifies
important information.
4.1
Safety precautions
The flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope
must be used according to the recognized medical
rules and procedures of endoscopy.
NOTE: The patient leakage current limit of the
CF application part may be exceeded when CF
application parts (application on heart) are used in
combination with other BF application parts. In this
case, the reduction of the patient leakage current
should be effected using only CF application parts
as far as this is possible.
NOTE: The flexible endoscope does not offer
any electric insulation against high frequency
(HF) currents. Protection against high frequency
currents should be ensured through the use
of correct HF instruments. Please read the
instructions for use supplied with the HF
application part for more information.

4.1
Bezpečnostní opatření
Použití flexibilního CMOS video-cystouretroskopu
musí být v souladu s přijatými lékařskými pravidly
a postupy pro endoskopické výkony.
UPOZORNĚNÍ: Při použití aplikačních dílů typu
CF (aplikovaných na srdce) v kombinaci s jinými
aplikačními díly typu BF může dojít k překročení
limitů svodového proudu pacienta pro aplikační
díly CF. V takovém případě by se kvůli snížení
svodového proudu pacienta měly pokud možno
použít pouze aplikační díly typu CF.
UPOZORNĚNÍ: Flexibilní endoskop neposkytuje
elektrickou izolaci proti vysokofrekvenčním (VF)
napětím. Ochrana proti VF napětí musí být
zajištěna prostřednictvím použitých VF nástrojů.
V souvislosti s tím dodržte prosím informace
uvedené v návodu k použití vysokofrekvenčního
aplikačního dílu.
