Operating mode selection switch
"Threading or Drilling" is selected with the selection switch.
Drilling operating mode
The auxiliary function of the micro switches in the drilling depth to the direction of rotation
change is deactivated.
Operating mode threading
The function of the micro switches in the drilling depth and the function of the direction of rota-
tion change by the push-button actuators in the spindle sleeve lever are activated.
Drill depth stop
The geared drill has two micro switches in the depth stop.
The position of adjustable switching point is adjusted with the drill depth stop screw .
The adjustable switch point turns off the automatic spindle feed. In threading mode it triggers
the change of direction
Rotation direction switch
The direction of rotation of the drilling spindle can be switched by actuating the rotation direc-
tion switch.
Step counter switch motor
With the step rotation switch the speed stage of the motor is selected.
Push button ON
The push button "ON" switches on the rotation of the drilling spindle.
Push button in lever for spindle sleeve feed
The push button in the spindle speed lever switches the spindle sleeve feed On or OFF.
In the mode of operation "threading" takes place with operation a direction of rotation change.
The spindle sleeve feed is switched off.
Push button OFF
The "push button OFF" switches the rotation of the drilling spindle off.
Coolant pump ON / OFF
Switches the coolant pump.
Machine illumination ON/OFF
Switches the illumination on or off.
Operating control lamp
The operation control light on the control panel is illuminated to show that the machine is opera-
ble.
