Brief overview of configuration

The DryExx Basic
metering station in the menu item "configuration generally
• Number of packages per impulse of the optional meter
• System pre pressuring time
 Ensures that all circuits are supplied with the same output pressure for the
conveyor belt lubricant
• System bleeding time
 Ensures that there is no leakage on the nozzle fittings
• Delay time for the empty detector unit
 No error message during normal changing of a drum
• Number of impulses for the optional oval wheel meter
• Quantity of belt lubricant per impulse for the optional oval wheel meter
• Nominal dosing value per circuit with positive and negative difference.
• Configuration of the following parameters: for each lubrication circuit in the menu item
"configuration circuit ?" (? = 1 to 8)
 Impulse time for spraying
 Pause time for spraying
• the manual start of one impulse time by aborting the pause time for each lubrication
circuit separately in the menu item "booster".
