Allow hot fluids to cool to a lukewarm temperature (approx. 30–40°C)

before pouring them into the blender 5.

Never put your hand inside the blender 5 when it is attached to the

appliance!
Remove the blade from the blender 5 only when it is at a complete

standstill.
Use the blender 5 only with the lid firmly in position.

In cases of malfunction, switch the appliance off and remove the plug
►
from the wall socket. This will prevent the appliance from becoming
switched on again unintentionally.
Proceed as follows to prepare the appliance for operation using the blender 5:

Press down the release button o and
move the swivel arm t all the way down
into position 5.
Remove the drive protection cover from
the blender 5 (turn so that the

Attach the blender 5 (so that the

the marking on the appliance itself).
Turn the blender anticlockwise until it stops
