Wiping Exterior Surfaces
CAUTION: Do not immerse the ICP Monitor or cables in any liquid or allow liquid to enter the receptacles.
CAUTION: Do not sterilize the ICP Monitor.
Wipe the exterior of the ICP Monitor and the cables as necessary with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Use one of the following to
remove debris, stains or adhesives that stick to the surface:
• Combination wipes (Quaternary Ammonium / Isopropyl Alcohol)
• 70% Isopropyl alcohol
After wiping down, visually inspect the ICP Monitor to ensure labeling is still readable. Do not use the ICP Monitor if labeling is
unreadable. Contact your local sales representative for a replacement.
The ICP Extension Cable can be autoclaved in accordance with its instructions for use, if required by hospital procedures.
Storage
For long term storage of the ICP Monitor, ensure that it is protected from dust and kept in a clean, dry environment with the following
conditions:
• Humidity (RH) range: 15% to 85% (non-condensing)
• Temperature range: 0°C to 50°C

Recommendation
• If battery is connected, replace the battery. Refer to
Replacing the Battery section.
• If problem persists, contact Technical Support.
• Only update date and time before connecting a
new sensor.
• Download stored data to a USB device prior to
reconnecting the sensor.
• Connect monitor to power supply to recharge the
battery.
