Program selection:
· Standard mode: "Std"
· SmartAging® Program: "PG" + program number
· Display remaining time SmartAging program
· Increase the displayed value
· On / Off button UVC sterilization
· In Standard mode "dry" for Dry Aging or
"SAL" for salami production.
· Decrease the displayed value.
· Viewing/changing the temperature setpoint
in Standard mode.
· Display/change the humidity setpoint
in Standard mode.
· Select or confirm a parameter in the configuration
menu of the controller.
· On / Off button interior lighting
· Switch unit On / Off
