Portarsi con la colonnetta mobile in posizione di
lavoro B.
3) Traslare la pedana mobile all'esterno in modo da poter farvi salire
sopra il pneumatico.
4) Abbassare od alzare l'autocentrante in modo da centrare esatta-
mente il cerchio rispetto al pneumatico.
5) Traslare la pedana verso l'interno in modo da far entrare il cerchio
nel pneumatico.
Avanzare fino al completo inserimento.
6) Introdurre sul cerchio il cerchietto a balconata (con l'anello di
battuta montato).
N.B.: Se cerchio e cerchietto presentano fenditure per eventuali
fissaggi è necessario che queste siano "in fase" tra di loro.
Portarsi con la colonnetta mobile in posizione di
lavoro C.
7) Portare il braccio porta utensili sul lato esterno quindi abbassarlo
in posizione di lavoro con il disco stallonatore rivolto verso la ruota.
N.B.: Nel caso il cerchietto con balconata non sia sufficientemente
inserito sul cerchio, muovere l'autocentrante fino a portare il cerchietto
in corrispondenza del disco stallonatore. Avanzare con il disco (e
contemporaneamente ruotare l'autocentrante) fino a "scoprire" la
sede dell'anello OR di tenuta.
8) Lubrificare l'anello OR ed inserirlo nell'apposita sede.
Portarsi con la colonnetta mobile in posizione di
lavoro B.
9) Posizionare sul cerchio l'anello di bloccaggio aiutandosi con il disco
stallonatore come mostrato in Fig. Y.
Portare il braccio porta utensili in posizione di fuori lavoro e chiudere
completamente le griffe dell'autocentrante avendo cura di sostenere
la ruota per evitarne la caduta.
ATTENZIONE !
Questa operazione può essere estremamente pericolosa!
Effettuarla manualmente solo nel caso si sia assolutamente
sicuri di riuscire a mantenere in equilibrio la ruota. Le ruote
non devono mai essere sollevate dall'operatore, si
deve farle rotolare sul pavimento per ruote pesanti
oltre 110 kg e/o di grandi dimensioni (diametro
oltre 130 cm) si DEVE utilizzare un adeguato
mezzo di sollevamento meccanico.
10) Traslare la pedana in modo da liberare la ruota dall'autocentrante.
11) Rimuovere la ruota.

3) Move the platform to be able to place the tyre on it.
4) Lower or raise the spindle to centre the rim and the tyre.
5) Move the platform forward until the rim is inserted into the tyre.
Move forward with the platform until rim is completely in the tyre.
6) Put the split-ring on the rim and (with the lock ring already mounted).
NB: If the rim and the split-ring have slits for fixing devices, make
sure they are lined up with each other.
Take the mobile control unit to work position C.
7) Move the tool carrier arm to the outside in its work position with
the bead breaker disk turned towards the wheel.
NB: If the split-ring is not inserted sufficiently on the rim, move the
spindle until the split-ring is by the disk. Bring the disk forward (with
the spindle turning) until you "discover" the O-ring seating.
8) Lubricate the O-ring and its seating.
Take the mobile control unit to work position B.
9) Position the locking ring on the rim with the help of the disk as
shown in Fig. Y.
Move the tool carrier arm to its non-working position and close the
spindle arms completely. Support the wheel so that it does not fall
off the spindle.
DANGER!
This operation can be extremely dangerous. Do it manually
only if you are certain you can keep the wheel balanced.
Heavy tyres (over 110kg) and/or oversize tyres (with diam-
eter over 130cm) shall never be lifted by hand. Let them roll
on floor and lift them by means of an adequate
mechanical lifting device.
10) Move the platform to free the wheel from the spindle.
11) Remove the wheel.
