IDENTIFICAZIONE COMANDI
La colonnetta mobile porta comandi (fig. C) consente all'operatore di
scegliere la posizione di lavoro di volta in volta più conveniente. Su
questa colonnetta sono concentrati tutti i comandi; più precisamente:
- Il manipolatore (8, fig. C) in posizione [a] alza il braccio porta-

autocentrante; in posizione [b] lo abbassa; in posizione [c] avvicina
il carrello porta-utensili e la pedana mobile all'autocentrante, in
posizione [d] lo allontana.
(Nota: per meglio memorizzare quest'ultima operazione, sulla pro-
tezione del manipolatore è stato praticato un foro in corrispondenza
della posizione [c]).

- Il manipolatore (11, fig. C) in posizione [e] alza il braccio utensile; in
posizione [ f ] lo abbassa; in posizione [g] sposta il carrello utensile
a
verso sinistra; in posizione [h] lo sposta verso destra.
- L'interruttore (5, fig. C) azionato verso l'alto apre i bracci dell'auto-
centrante (BLOCCA); azionato verso il basso chiude i bracci dell'au-
tocentrante (SBLOCCA).

- L'interruttore (9, fig. C) azionato verso l'alto o verso il basso ruota il
blocco l'utensile in maniera da utilizzare il disco stallonatore (17, fig.
D),o l'utensile a becco (18, fig.D).

- Il pedale a bilanciere (10, fig. C) consente, se azionato in uno dei
due lati, di far ruotare l'autocentrante in un senso o nell'altro come
indicato dalle frecce poste sulla pedaliera.

Entrambe le rotazioni possono avenire con due diverse velocità
predisponendo il commutatore (12, fig. B/7) in posizione 1 per la
rotazione lenta e in pos. 2 per una rotazione veloce dell'autocentrante.
Sul braccio utensile (14, fig. D ) è presente:
Il pomolo (15, Fig. D) che tirandolo verso l'esterno consente all'ope-
ratore di togliere dal braccio il blocco utensile per inserire il rullo
tubeless (135/90 opzionale)

Nello schema B/8 vengono riportate varie posizioni di lavoro (A, B,
C, D) che saranno poi richiamate durante le istruzioni d'uso dello
smontagomme. Operare dalle posizioni indicate consente maggiore
precisione, velocità e sicurezza per chi opera.

CONTROLLO CORRETTO

Prima di iniziare ad utilizzare lo smontagomme sono necessari alcuni
controlli per verificarne il corretto funzionamento.

ATTENZIONE: Le operazioni che seguono vanno effettuate con il
braccio portautensili in posizione di "fuori lavoro".

CONTROLS DESCRIPTION
The mobile control unit (C) enables the operator choosing the most
suitable work position time by time. In this control unit all controls
are available; more precisely:
-Joystick (8, fig. C) : move it to position [a] to lift the chuck arm, to
position [b] to lower it; to position [c] to move tool holder and chuck
mobile platform close to chuck, to position [d] to move them far
from it (note: to memorize this last operation, on joystick cover has
been made a hole in correspondence to pos. [c])
-Joystick (11, fig. C) : move it to position [e] to lift the tool holder,
to position [f] to lower it; to position [g] to move the tool carriage
leftwards, to position [h] to move it rightwards.
-Switch (5, fig. C) : move it to UP position to open the chuck arms
(LOCK); to DOWN position to close the chuck arms (UNLOCK).
-Switch (9, fig. C) : move it to either UP or DOWN position to turn
the tool unit according to the tool to be used (disk 17 fig. D or finger
18, fig. D).
-Pedal (10, fig. C) : it makes the chuck turn in one direction or in
the other according to the arrows placed on the pedal unit.Both
rotations can be made at two different speeds (selector 12, fig. B/7
pos. 1 = slow; pos. 2 = fast).
On the tool arm (14, fig. D) it is also available:Knob (15, fig. D) that,
when pulled outwards, enables the operator to remove the tool unit
from the arm to insert the tubeless roller (135/90 optional).

The diagram B/8 illustrates the various working positions (A,B,C,D)
referred to in the following pages describing how to use the tyre
changer. Use of these positions ensures greater precision, speed
and safety for those using the machine.
CORRECT OPERATION

CHECKS
Before using the tyre changer, a number of checks should be made
to ensure it works correctly.
CAUTION! The operations described here should be done with the
tool carrier arm in its non-working position.
