6.2 Position-Values

In the online state in the field Position the current measuring system position is
displayed.
With entering of a value into the field Position the measuring system can be
adjusted on the desired position value. The new position is set if the function Data
write to device is executed.

6.3.1 SSI-Databits

The parameter Number of data bits defines the maximum number of reserved bits for
the measuring system position on the SSI interface.

Description

Description
On the SSI interface the actual position is output.
On the SSI interface the actual speed in [Steps /
0.5 ms] is output. Internally it is calculated always
with a resolution of 12 bits = 4096 steps per
revolution.
