OPERATOR RECORDS SCREEN

This screen can be accessed from the F11
menu of the job record filing screen.
It displays the list of operators saved on file.
To make the selection, proceed as described in the "Ge-
neral considerations" section.
The following keys are active in this window:
F1 displays the on-line Help function
F2 goes back to the previous screen
F3 (or Enter) confirms the selection of the
operator and goes to the next screen.
F5 prints the list of operators.
F6
modifies the data of a previously entered
operator
F7
deletes a previously entered operator
F8 enters a new operator (see the "Enter/
Modify window" section)
F11
Displays the menu with the contextual
functions.
These are the menu options:
• Help (recalls the Help contextual screen on the
screen where you are).
