GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

The equipment simple interface makes operation quick
and easy to learn.
The operating procedures are generally standardised
throughout the program, as summarised below.

Functions selection

The functions available in each program context are listed
in the menu, which can be accessed by pressing F11.
To select a specific function, select the option desired on
the menu, by pressing the ↑ ↓ keys, and pressing Enter.
To facilitate and simplify the use of the machine, the "back"
function is associated to F2 and the "next" function to F3,
also trying to associate, in the various program contexts,
an intuitive and immediate description of the functions
of the menu keys.
Machine regular operation is then possible by exclusively
using two keys (F2 back and F3 next).
Access the on-line help Help from the menu F11 and also
by pressing F1.
In particular:
equivalent to Esc, goes back the previous
screen, except in the starting screen where
it shuts down the program and switches
control to Windows.
equivalent to Enter, goes to the next
screen.
When pressed from the starting screen,
this key exits the program (by entering
a password) and accesses WINDOWS.
SCROLLING ITEMS
IN A LIST
To scroll and select items from a list (menu), such as the
databank, use the arrow keys and the Page up, Page
down keys.
In some cases an item can be selected directly by typing
its first letter.

Setting an option

The job options, which are set from the general set-up,
can be accessed from the starting screen by pressing the
"Setup" option from the F11 menu. The options may be
modified by accessing the contextual set-up in the job
screens.
The table below lists the various icons and their corre-
sponding functions.

Selects the next screen
Exits the aligner program and goes to
the Windows desktop (only available
in the starting screen).
Opens the different active functions,
on the screen where you are.

MAIN SCREEN

The following keys are active in the main screen (fig.24):
F1 displays the on-line Help function
F2
exits the alignment program and
goes back to the Windows desktop
(with password prompt)
F3 (or Enter) goes to the next screen in
the established operation sequence
(vehicle databank, job record,
compensation).
F11
Displays the menu with the contextual
functions.
