Filter Pad Replacement

• Unlock and open the drawer.
• Undo the two knurled screws.
• Pull off cooling channel.
• Replace filter.
• Re-assemble in reverse order.

Change of UV Sensor

• Disassemble lamp housing from the
cure chamber. (Remove the 4 screws.)
• Lift lamp housing off.
• Disconnect plug connection.
• Remove the 4 screws of the red lamp
housing cover.
• Lift housing cover off.
CAUTION!
Pay attention to the ground cord.
• Disconnect plug.
• Disassemble base plate. (Remove
the 10 screws.)
• Unscrew sensor PCB and remove
carefully the sensor cord.
• Mount new sensor PCB to the allocated
space.
• Pass sensor cable through one of the
rear ventilation slots into the lamp
housing.
• Re-assemble base plate.
• Re-connect plug connection.
• Re-assemble lamp housing to the cure
chamber and screw down.
