Message Text, Cause and Corrective Actions
Type
This message is displayed when the irradiation process has been
started but the aperture does not open.
– No compressed air.
– Compressed air throttle (feed forward/aperture closed) on
pneumatic cylinder closed.
• Check compressed air connections.
• Open closed exhaust air throttle approx. 7 turns counterclockwise.
Correct if error message reappears.
UV Minimum not achieved
The set UV Minimum has not been achieved.
• Change bulb, see section 8.3.
Exposure prematurely cancelled
This error is displayed if the curing cycle has been aborted by the
user by pressing the stop symbol, but not by pressing the
emergency stop button
Maximum exposure time exceeded for chamber version
In CONT mode:
– Exceeding the maximum exposure time of 900 s (15 min).
PLC Communication error
This message is displayed after the CPU had no connection to the
display, but this has now been re-established. The programme
sequence with start via XS1/XS2 still works.
PLC in STOP mode
This message is intended for the worker who is programming the
unit. After programming a brand-new unit for the first time, the PLC
must be switched to "RUN" once by hand.
This message should never appear on a customer unit.
