Clean electrode application area with soap and
water, rinse thoroughly with water only
Remove the plastic from the grid pattern side
Stick the electrodes grid side down in line with
the outlines
Remove the plastic cover from the black side of
the electrodes
Place the belt around the waist

After session turn
stimulation device off
Remove the belt from
the waist and replace the
plastic cover on the black
side of the electrodes
Fold the belt
Store everything back in
the pouch
