STARTING A SESSION

Make sure that you have already set up your belt size before starting the session. If not, see section Belt size
setup.
Remove the plastic cover from the black side of the electrodes.
Position the back of the belt on your lower back. To do so, find and touch your spinal column with your fingers,
then place the back belt center on your spinal column. The notches on the belt should facilitate the positioning.
